We've been involved with igloo's project at 400 Caledonian Road since the beginning, assessing the scheme against igloo's footprint policy and more recently developing home user guides for the new residents.

Following our exhibition at the Box Youth Project on Saturday 30th January 2016, the exhibition material and details of our latest masterplan for Chapelgarth are now available to view online.

In November 2015, URBED took a week-long residency in the ASRM Future Pavilion in the centre of Frankfurt, where we ran a participative public exhibition to stimulate discussion and debate around the future of the city and it's neighbourhoods.

The Future Pavilion was created for the Architektursommer Rhein-Main 2015 to act as public forum for discussion and debate around urban and regional development. It is situated in Goetheplatz in central Frankfurt, and will host a year-long program of workshops, classes, and events, beginning with a week-long participatory public exhibition by URBED.

Following the devasting fire on site in October, Toxteth Food Central will rise from the ashes in the New Year!

The whole team have been overwhelmed by the stength of the support shown for the project. A fundrasing appeal by Squash Nutrition has raised over £10,000, which will go towards getting the project back on its feet. Following submission in September, the Somerleyton Road project (being managed by igloo and using footprint® principles) has secured planning.
