On 6th and 7th February 2018 a Community Think Tank event on Community Led Housing will be taking place at Trafford Hall, near Chester. 

The event will be chaired by URBED's Marianne Heaslip, who has been involved in community led housing as both a professional and a resident - including the Homebaked and Granby Four Streets Community Land Trusts in Liverpool.

This think tank will bring together practitioners and residents to explore the many challenges facing community-led housing, and propose changes to help community-led housing deliver on its potential. As a residential event, it's a rare opportunity to take part in focused workshops, but also be able to chat informally with peers and professionals, gain insights, and share (sometimes painful) experiences.
