Following our work on the National Model Design Code for the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG), High Halstow Parish Council has commissioned us to develop a Neighbourhood Design Code for the High Halstow parish area. 

The Design Code will supplement the Neighbourhood Plan that the Parish Council are producing and will utilise the guidance model framework set out with the NMDC.

To date, we have worked directly with the Parish Council to develop the coding for the Village and produced a draft Design Code which is undergoing wider public consultation.
