As local neighbourhoods grapple with taking on new responsibilities, the guidance shows how to avoid common pitfalls. The report benefited from discussions at a round table symposium at the Shoreditch Town Hall sponsored by the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Asset Transfer Unit that brought practitioners together from around the country.
