URBED teamed up with DTZ to develop a set of options to deliver improvements to the Great Hollands Neighbourhood Centre in Bracknell. During the process the team consulted with residents and business owners in the area to gain a better understanding of what was needed in the area.
Several options were developed and after financial and deliverability testing a final option was developed and presented back to the client team in early 2009.
