Home Improvements Knowledge Exchange
Thursday 3rd January, 2013
We are really pleased and excited to have been selected to work with Edinburgh University School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture as part of the Home Improvements Knowledge Exchange Programme.
As part of the research project we will be colaborating with Design for Homes to map the balance of provision, design and location of parking that leads to resident satisfaction in new-build housing.
Congratulations also to Ash Sakula and Sattellite Architects who were also chosen.
About the Knowledge Exchange
The aim of this pilot project is to test the potential for innovation in housing design and development that can be unlocked by making connections between Volume House Builders (VHB), academia and SME architectural practice. The project is jointly co-ordinated by the University of Sheffield, University of Edinburgh and Kingston University in conjunction with the RIBA.
