Vincent Rey-Giraud

Vincent is a French student in urban planning and design. After getting his Bachelor degree in Geography and urban planning, he started a Masters degree in urban design. During the first year, he spent a semester in The Netherlands where he wrote a masters thesis on the marginalization of drug addicts through housing policies in Utrecht.

He joined URBED for a 6-month work placement to complete his degree. At URBED, he is involved in urban analysis, socio-economic and sustainability research, assisting in the development of masterplans, modeling and community engagement events.

Vincent worked on another masters thesis about the social implications of urban regeneration and industrial heritage preservation.
